New Parent Workshops

We are proud to present our latest project: 

NOBODY TOLD ME!?


We have spent a year in conversation with our local communities about adjusting to life as a new parent and the challenges this can bring.


We have designed a series of five workshops off the back of these conversations. The content of our workshops is entirely informed by you; what you felt you wanted and needed.

What will the series cover?

These workshops provide a safe space for new parents to reflect on becoming a parent and all that brings.
Each series includes 5 workshops which will cover:

  1. Adjusting to this new life, peaks & troughs; small acts of self-care
  2. Common emotions - and when to seek more help
  3. Experiences of pregnancy & birth
  4. Changes - body, relationship, identity
  5. Balance: how to cope with all of the above
