What will the series cover?
These workshops provide a safe space for new parents to reflect on becoming a parent and all that brings.
Each series includes 5 workshops which will cover:
- Adjusting to this new life, peaks & troughs; small acts of self-care
- Common emotions - and when to seek more help
- Experiences of pregnancy & birth
- Changes - body, relationship, identity
- Balance: how to cope with all of the above
